Cure for dry itchy skin

We’ve all heard that olive oil is a great way to get the healthy Omega 3 fats that our body needs. A diet high in omega 3 and 6 fats helps fight dry skin from the inside of your body. The most common way to use olive oil is raw as dipping oil or as cooking oil for lightly sautéing food.  (Make sure you don’t burn the oil while cooking it. If it becomes brown, you’ve burned it, and instead of being healthy it is now a carcinogen.)
Another way to use Olive oil is to apply it directly to a dry area, itchy area or to take a bath and add ½ cup to the water. Allow yourself to soak for 15 to 20 minutes. Don’t add soap or wash during this bath. Allow the oil to seep into your largest organ, your skin. When you are done soaking, pat your skin dry, don’t rub. You can soak in a tub of olive oil a couple times a week if needed. Nice, easy way to hydrate your skin naturally.
Most common store bought lotions contain petroleum derivatives. Your skin is a direct gateway to your organs. “Common, brand-name skin care products often contain multiple chemical contaminants known to cause cancer, liver disorders and neurological disorders.”  Learn more: http://www.naturalnews.com/021717.html#ixzz1mBnwHehJ
